While this lovely vintage gown is a wedding dress, it could be used for any vintage occasion! Its made of sheer stiffened ivory nylon. The skirt is very fill and has a layer of tulle underneath as well as a lining of taffeta.
The bodice on this vintage 1950s gown is fitted and boned. The top of the bodice has embroidered Chantilly lace embellished with tiny seed pearls and sequins, adding just an understated touch of bling.
The lace inset on front is designed to tand up higher as shown.
The little matching cap sleeved jacket has a large wide collar that is also trimmed with the same lace and beads. 9 covered buttons and loops close the front. Lovely!!
